Our Fee Policy
At Joel Grossman, PC Law Firm, we only handle personal injury and wrongful death cases on a contingent fee, percentage basis. This means we only are paid a fee if you make a recovery of damages. There is no charge for an initial consultation.
Litigation expenses vary from case to case. Some examples of such costs are court costs, depositions, medical records, expert witness fees, and investigation costs. We cannot predict these costs exactly, but we recognize that your goal in hiring us is to recover damages, and not to incur unnecessary costs. We try to only incur costs when it makes sense to do so, that means when it will help win your case.
In most cases, we will receive a settlement offer. Our policy is that you make the decision regarding accepting or rejecting any settlement offer. We are here to fight for you, and to represent you. Part of our job is to inform you of the important issues that should guide your decision to accept or reject a settlement offer. However, that decision is ultimately yours. We are happy to answer any of your questions regarding our representation or our fees.
